Tonight Brandon and I are going to Dawson Creek with a couple of friends to see Buckcherry, Papa Roach, My Darkest Days, and Bleaker Ridge at the Encana Events Center! Holy crack are we excited! While we’re pretty familiar with Papa Roach, we’re pretty much going in knowing only a song or two by the each of the other bands.
Something we really miss about living in Greater Vancouver, all the concerts. When we left the lower mainland, we had to give away our tickets for a couple of shows, Jeremy Camp and Third Day. We gave them to Nich, Brandon’s big brother, as a thank you for all the help he’d been to us while we were there.
My first concert? Oasis. What a great show that was! They even played Wonderwall…which is something they don’t do to often due to the song having been overplayed. Unfortunately we didn’t stay to the end. There were a few too many people getting high and we couldn’t breath in all the smoke.

The first concert I went to was Finger Eleven :) cute cross-stitch!
Aww man! That super sucks for missing the concert. :( The first concert that I went to was Slipknot. :D
I think the first one I went to was Closet Monster. But it was more of a small-town show, rather than a concert.
