This book is a godsend. I've learned so much about my body and how to distinguish signs of (in)fertility that I'm a lot less discouraged about how much work it is to get pregnant. It's likely to still take a while for Brandon and I to get there, but now that we know the why as to the reason we've not succeeded yet, it can only get easier. Charting is no longer an arduous task and it's no longer strange to be keeping on eye on the other signs.
It's also a great book if you're trying NOT to get pregnant but don't want to use the pill or other forms of birth control.
I was talking to one of my friends here in Tumbler about some things that I've learned, and even she was shocked by some of the stuff she didn't know about her own body.
I like that I don't have to rely on a doctor to figure everything out. I like that I can go into his/her office with a chart for the past month or so and have half the work done for them. I also like that there's less chance of being misdiagnosed because all the information is there in front of me.
And it doesn't just cover lady parts. Man parts are in there as well. Because obviously it takes two to tango.

BTW: A big thank you to Jen for telling me about this book. I'd probably be an emotional wreck without the wisdom contained in these pages.
